Did you know that the MOST IMPORTANT time in your puppy's social development is between 2 and 20 weeks of age?! Puppy preschool is a fantastic way to develop your pup's social skills, introduce them to new experiences, and to help set you up for the rest of your dog's life!
Your puppy can start puppy preschool one week after their first vaccination i.e. 7 weeks old at the earliest, 16 weeks at the latest. The main emphasis of the class is on socialising your puppy with other pups and people at a young age. We also cover various topics about puppy care and basic training techniques. Throughout the sessions we have short play times for the puppies to interact.
These classes are run by one of our qualified and experienced puppy preschool trainers - Gillian, Tai and Kate all have lots of experience under their belts dealing with puppies of all ages, breeds and sizes! Ask at reception for the start date of our next class. Each course runs for 4 weeks and is held in the clinic on Mondays and/or Tuesdays at 5:30pm.
