Opotiki Veterinary Centre was established in 1988, with the Whakatane clinic opening November 1st 1999. Both clinics are situated in the beautiful Eastern Bay of Plenty. These areas are well known for their good climatic conditions and beautiful beaches that provide wonderful fishing and diving. Both clinics provide service to the dairy, sheep, beef, deer and equine industries, as well as providing an efficient small animal service. The areas covered range from Hicks Bay on the eastern reaches of the East Cape, through to Matawai (near Gisborne), and through to Matata, on the Western Bay of Plenty boundary.
